ClubOK
November 19th, 2008This is one of my favorite websites we’ve made at work ClubOK, but the problem is I always seem to forget about it. Someone will mention the site, and I’ll visit it and love the coupons I get off it. But a week later I will have completely forgot about it. For example, I regularly go to Jimmy’s Egg to meet a friend for breakfast. And there is a coupon to get a free cup of coffee with my breakfast at Jimmy’s Egg, but I always forget to go to ClubOK and print off the coupon.
Here’s my question. Is that because of poor marketing? Or is that because I’ve never developed online coupon using habits? I do regularly keep coupons for fast food in my truck that I use. So it’s not that I don’t have any habits of using coupons.
What I think would really be great is if they delivered a coupon to my phone which had a upc in it and then they could scan my phone at the cash register! Then I wouldn’t even have to print the coupon! Hmmm….
